Could you please make a formula for this.

The sums of the total Costs would be (Here 19520 or any Number greater than 10000)
I just want to put the sums of the total Costs in the cell. All cells are counted automatically according to the laws define below:-
Random Value of Cost per capita, not less than 30 and not more than 40;
Random Value of Guest must not be less than 20 and not more than 50;
Random Value of Total Cost must not be friction value, should be the whole number;
Random Value of Total Cost must not be less than 700;
The Date value should not be on the weekly days.

If you're on 365 with access to LAMBDA this might work. Please see attached.
