copy/paste corruption issue

Hello again, not sure if this is the correct forum for this question but here goes.

1. I moved  all my excel files into One Drive Cloud, thinking that I could use that as my primary storage instead of hard drive.  

2. Didn't like that idea after noticing latency with reports and bigger issue: partial view of pictures that I create with the copy/paste option

What I  mean by that is that if I highlight a group of cells and want to paste it elsewhere as a picture, only 40% or so of the cells are visible, the picture is cut off and no amount of manipulation will change the view. This only started after I moved the files to One Drive.  I moved all the files back onto my hard drive and the issue persists. 

Trying not to panic since this are very complicated work files, some that I built and some that others built. I also found a couple reports that did not go on One Drive, none of them have this problem. All of the reports that went on One Drive have this problem
