Fill a formula down into adjacent cells
Yes, you can copy the formula to the next 12 cells by using relative cell references. To do this, you can select the cell with the formula and the adjacent cells you want to fill. Then click Home > Fill, and choose either Down, Right, Up, or Left. Keyboard shortcut: You can also press Ctrl+D to fill the formula down in a column, or Ctrl+R to fill the formula to the right in a row.
Switch between relative, absolute, and mixed references
If you want to maintain the original cell reference when you copy it, you make the cell reference absolute by preceding the columns (B and C) and row (2) with a dollar sign ($).
Then, when you copy the formula =$B$4*$C$4 from D4 to D5, the formula stays exactly the same.
