Copying a table into a sheet with hidden columns

I have created a template for a table which I want to copy into other excel sheets. However, some of these sheets have columns hidden e.g. the following columns are displayed A,B,C,AL,AM,AN,... while D,E,F,...,AK are hidden. My table ranges from column A to AC, so when I copy it into such sheets, most of the table is hidden. Is there a way to avoid this or do I have to 'unhide' all those columns on the sheet into which I'm copying the table?
