Hi Carlotta1989 Let's try with following formula
=IF(OFFSET(B2;0;-$B$12)=1;1;0)
=IF(OFFSET([cell in row 2];0;-[B12 or B13 depend of the activity])=1;1;0)
This get value of 2/3 columns previous (depend of your master data) in row 2 which is entered manually.
