Copy to Excel

Hello, 

My "copy to excel" option is not working properly. For example, when I want right click my mouse to select option "copy to excel", it is greyed out and does not let me select that option. I am now forced to use the "copy all include labels" option and then open excel and paste.

Please advise. Doing the above is messing up my data.
