Can someone please assist how to copy a sheet from one workbook/file to antoher on Excel for Anroid. I am trying to do this on my Samsung tablet but only get the options to rename/colour/duplicate/hi...

unfortunately, there is no documented option to copy a sheet to another workbook in Excel for Android.
