copy data from one workbook to another but in different sheet?

I creating a drop down list and want to enter information that is not on the list? shows a option (ignore Blank) so I tried to see if it would let me enter another name that is not on the list and it will not allow me. The drop down list has dedicated drivers on it( a lot of them) however there are some that are not regular drivers and would have to enter their name in. shows a option (ignore Blank) so I tried to see if it would let me enter another name that is not on the list and it will not allow me. I Have 50 drivers names in the system I have use all the time but I will need to add ones that are not in the system. can someone help what I need to add to the spreadsheet to create this list.
