copy and paste cells to outlook

When i try to do this the information gets all garbled

    Can you show a screen-shot of some (anonymized) data after that paste? How do you paste exactly?

    Hi Mariana1963,

    To copy and paste Excel cells to Outlook without losing the formatting, you can follow these steps:

    1. Copy the cells from Excel.
    2. Open a new email message in Outlook.
    3. Change the email format to HTML (optional).
    4. Right-click in the email body and select "Keep Source Formatting" 
    5. Paste the cells into the email message.
    6. Adjust the formatting as needed.
