Hello leaexcel,
I find Copilot most useful when I know what I want to achieve but don't want to work through all the steps manually.
For example, it can help explain formulas, suggest formulas based on the data, summarize a table, or highlight trends and unusual values. That can save time, especially when working with a large dataset.
For beginners, I think the biggest benefit is being able to ask questions in plain language instead of having to remember the exact Excel feature or formula they need.
The key is still understanding what Copilot produces. It can help you get started, but checking the result is important.
