Converting [H]:mm:ss to days, hours, minutes

Is there a way to convert a sum of hours:minutes:seconds to days:hours:minutes.  I'm attempting to do a time study and have added all of the times for the creation of a list of drawings.  Now, I need to convert that to work days + hours + minutes.  How is that done?
