Where in Excel can I find the units to use in the Convert function?

Thanks for your reply but I would like to know if within Excel you can access the lengths, weight etc mreasurements
When you enter a CONVERT formula, Excel displays a drop-down list of available units:
Apart from that, there is no list of units in Excel itself, as far as I know.
