Convert pdf to excel
Thank you for your suggestion.
I tried PDFGear since it is free. It's good for me. There are still some minor differences in Excel comparing to the original form in the PDF but it is mucb better than the Get Data function in Excel.
This is going to be my new tool to convert PDF to Excel. I will test more PDFs on it and see if it is always stable.
Thank you!
Converting PDF files into Excel format is helpful for analyzing financial reports, invoices, tables, or records. With the right PDF conversion tool, you can convert tabular data into an editable spreadsheet, so you can sort numbers, apply formulas, and organize information more easily. If you have sensitive papers, it is worth looking at offline software so you don’t have to upload data to online converters. If you want to handle PDFs and execute other document processing on your local computer, you can try PDFChamp. Ensure your chosen tool offers the conversion you need—from PDF to Excel. Once converted, scrutinize the spreadsheet, since complicated tables, merged cells, and scanned documents sometimes require OCR or formatting tweaks to maintain data integrity.
