Conversión Excel a Documento Word : Office 2016
I'm sorry, but it really sounds like you're trying to do something here that Excel really isn't meant for. But definitely without seeing the spreadsheet that you're describing, there is not much that can be said in the way of help.
But WHY are you doing this in Excel in the first place?

gracias por tu tiempo y responder, pues la idea de hacerlo en Excel, obedece a que al pegar el documento en Excel, este lo separa en filas.. entonces pienso que una macro en un botón que pueda recorrer las filas y cuando encuentre los títulos y/o los subtítulos realice los cambios que necesito.
no se si sea más sencillo hacer una macro en Word, pero ni en Excel ni en Word, se como hacerlo.
te comparto los archivos en Excel y Word y agradezco tu valiosa colaboración.
