constant template/clearable w/ macro - download to it constantly chging CSV file many times per day

help please to set up a constant template(clearable with macro) to which i can down load a constantly changing CSV file many times a day and from the down load and in the constant template i will be able to model various results such as % of change between 2 diff cells in each line of the CSV file. There will be other comparisons to be made from diff cells in each line but to get the % of change set will be a solid start -thx william palmer
