Connection between excel and outlook calendar

Hi, is it possible to get notifications in outlook calendar based on dates in an excel sheet? example: I have a column in an excel sheet that contains multiple future dates, representing the expiration dates of various contracts. Is it possible to get a notification in outlook calendar whenever I reach any of the these dates? Or other solutions?   I have Microsoft office 365.  Thx.
