Conditionnal formatting advanced

Hi everyone,

I have a multiple choice cell with 0,1,2. let's call it cell A

I have another multiple choice cell with Yes or No choices. Let's call it cell B

If cell A equals 0, I want cell B to return NO in red

If cell A equals 1 or 2, I want to be able to choose between yes or no in cell B;

Any ideas? Thx
