Conditional Formatting

Hi All

Trying to highlight dates in a date range that fall within 30 days of today. I have used the 'Use a formula to determine which cells to format' option in conditional formatting.

I have selected my date range and enetered the formula =B4<TODAY()+30 and selected red highlighting but no dates within my range that are within 30 days are highlighted.

Is there a way i can use the formula to Highlight dates within 30 days in red and within 45 days in Yellow

Im using Office 365
