CONDITIONAL FORMATTING
I can't do any basic conditional formatting at the cell level and range level any longer. The default choices (eg Greater Than) still work but only at the entire column level not a limited range leve...
Please include your Excel version, operating system, sample file (excluding sensitive data) to help others answer your question.
