Conditional Formatting
Can anyone please help me understand why the conditional formatting is not working properly.
The 69.5 and 59.5 in the rule do not refer to the values in the cells, but they specify that the bottom 59.5% of the data will be red, the next 10% yellow, and the rest green.
Change the rule to refer to the numbers 0.695 and 0.595 (corresponding to 69.5% and 59.5%):
