Conditional formatting using formula

I have two sets of sheets that need to reference each other. I have attached an example. I would like conditional formatting to highlight the cells red if they do not match the specified information from the salary structure, which can have multiple options for one piece of data such as LTI. For example, if SG4 says a bonus of 30% instead of 10% or 15%, I would need this cell to turn red as it does not match the structure. I was thinking I could use a formula but was not sure how the formula would look. Please help.
