Conditional formatting problems
Hello there i am using excel 2013 i have made list of some of my purchase item rate with rate & buy date within same column using index & aggregate function now i want to highlight rates by red and & green color if present rate is <= it will be green if not than red please advice me how to do it easy.

It would be a lot easier to help if you could post a copy of the spreadsheet in question, so we can work with some representative data laid out as you have it laid out.
Also,, it is not altogether clear what you have in mind when you say

You didn't finish the equation there: Less than or equal to WHAT?
