Conditional formatting for multiple comma separated entries

I have a list of comma separated values. I would like the change the background colour of all the cells that contains any of those values in an excel sheet.

My list -> 152,677558,662883,32737737.........................3828388

I would want all the cells with 152 or 677558 etc to turn say red.

Basically I enter my list and all the cells that contains any of the elements in the list turn red.

Thank you

  • AkA2000 Rather than using a coma separated list in one cell, consider using numbers in a range of cells. Then you can easily use conditional formatting to highlight matching numbers. See attached.
