Conditional Formatting Cells In Column Based On Vlookup In Another Column

Goal - I'm trying to get information in column B to carry a conditional format (changing the font color to blue) based on finding a match from a VLookup in column C. I've attached a sample spreadsheet to this post.

In the sample spreadsheet, the values in cells B3-B5, B11, B12, and B23-B27 should all be changed to a blue font based on those values being a match for the same rows in column C.

Can any one help me set up the conditional format so that I can apply it to a much larger range?  My working spreadsheet is over 100K rows and the actual columns to match would be B and BT.

YES!!! Thank you! I knew it was straight-forward, but it just wasn't working for me. I pulled up the formulas side by side and it turns out mine was putting apostrophes around my VLookup cells. I removed those and it now works like a charm.
