Seems a rendering defect or display-pipeline limitation involving linked pictures, conditional formatting, and graphics/display configuration. You may consider to split the captured range into smaller linked pictures, simplify conditional formatting where possible, and test graphics/display factors such as Office build, graphics driver, DPI scaling, zoom level, Safe Mode, and add-ins
