Conditional Formatting based on multiple cell values

Question

I would like the cells in the blue column to change color if they fall below it's counterpart in the column to the right. So for example the $1.31 would change color because it's less than $1.36. I know I can accomplish that by creating a rule for each and every row, however I think there must be easier way to do it. Is there? Thank you.

tzprzyb&nbsp;&nbsp;Select your range before you create the conditional format rule, or change the "applies to" in the conditional format manager to your desired range.&nbsp;&nbsp;
