Conditional Formatting - Data Bars - Min/Max Values
I need to set up minimum and maximum values for conditional formatting in an Excel spreadsheet. The option doesn't appear to be available in SharePoint. What other option(s) do I have for a similar feature that would bring attention to items when they're near/top of budget?

Do you mean other way rather than Excel?No, we would like to use the existing spreadsheet. I wondered if there is something else SharePoint offers that's akin to Data Bars Conditional Formatting that I can apply maximum values to, that won't require other users to download add-ons in order to be able to view/use them
