Conditional Formating in formula
I have a conditionall formula, that seems simple, but I can't get it written properly. Formatting has changed from the versions I have used before. I need help composing a "Sumif formula. Can somebody with the expertise call me, but e-mail me first, please. Attaching a short copy of the small data in Excel format.

You missed sum range and criteria range, It shall be like
=SUMIF($C$2:$C$4,"Transaction Fee",$D$2:$D$4)=SUMIF($C$2:$C$4,"Transaction Fee",$D$2:$D$4)
Why is necessary to add the $ sign on formula? Isn't the $ sign used to lock the column and row? Can't you use C2:C4 to do the same thing?
It's not necessary but it's more reliable. If you use such variant to present the result
you may simply drag G2 to the right to receive the result without correction of the formula. Just in case, you may shifting from combinations of relative and absolute references selecting the reference within the formula (e.g. C2:C4) and pressing F4.
