Conditional Format a block of dates based on Start and End Dates
Hello, I am looking for a formula much like the below that will shade cells according to the start and end dates in the table of dates. I assume this would be in conditional formatting formula. ...

I am applying the logic to my file.
do you see any reason why it would not work if hte dates are in a separate sheet? I have tested and it doesnt seem to work as inidcated but your file you sent does work. I have followed exactly. The sheet name has no spaces.

I've used your file only and applied the rules for Conditional formatting, and are working, please check properly & reapply,, If you are applying on different sheet the edit the cell references accordingly !!
