Concatenate IF Help
Good afternoon, I'm trying to get some help with a concatenate / IF formula on a spreadsheet that I'm working on. Basically, what I need is to populate a field with user input only if they enter...
- Mar 21, 2022I got your point,
=IF(TRIM(B3)="",B3,"VLAN "&B3)
if you want to add the number in B3 between #( ), use this formula
=IF(TRIM(B4)="","","VLAN #( "&B4&")")

Closer, I need to add to the formula where if there's entry in B3 it always read VLAN(B3) regardless of what text is entered in A3. So if A3 reads "Interface Vlan #" and B3 has a entry then I need to formula field to read "VLAN (B3)" currently with that formula it would read "Interface Vlan # (B3)"
