Complicated Conditional Formatting?

Question

Hi Everyone,&nbsp;I was wondering if I can get some help with an issue I'm having. I have a column with a numerical value and a Yes/No column. If the numerical value is 3 or greater and a No is entered into the column, I would like it to change colors. I'm having difficulties with the formula.&nbsp; Can someone please help?

It works.
G2&gt;3&nbsp; - false
G3&gt;3&nbsp; - false
&nbsp;
You have no one cell in column G, at least on screenshot, which is greater than 3. Thus nothing to highlight.
