Compatibility issues

Hello everbody! I really need your help. Somedays ago I had a compatibility issues with my file Excel. When I finish the job, by clicking on the save, and I got the "Compatible Checked. I clicked to "Copy to new sheets" and I lost my entire work of mounths!!! 

The only thing that I have is a an almost white sheet, subtitled "Compatibility report".

 

Is there anyone who can tell me how to go back to the previous sheet I was working on?

    You can try checking the file 

     

     

    You might find the file there, for future I would suggest you to keep the file in OneDrive and do you work as OneDrive frequently keep the store the version copy in the background.
