Comments resized to 0 height. Any way to resize all at once?

Question

All of my comments have been resized to 0 height. See picture attached

I can go to them & click Show/Hide comments & the comment can be selected & I can resize it. Is there any way to resize every comment in the spreadsheet? It also seems like they keep getting reset to 0, so is there a way to stop that? I've used this spreadsheet for years without issue.
