Commands Not Working

Some of my commands are not working.

For example, when I selet more than one cell and chose merge and center nothing happens

    With your permission, if I can recommend.

    It can help us all if you upload an Excel file (without sensitive data), no picture.

    Please answer a few basic questions:

    Does the problem only occur in Excel?

    Does the problem only occur in a special Excel workbook?

    Does the problem only occur with a special command? ... if several, then which one?

    These are just a few questions where it would be good if these were known from the outset.

     

    * Knowing the Excel version and operating system would also be an advantage.
