Combining text from 4 columns to 1

I have an excel file with 4 columns in it First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name, and Title.  I need to combine the 4 columns into 1 column I can then copy and paste into a new spreadsheet page.  I can get it to combine with the following:  =B2&" "&C2&" "&D2&" "&E2 but when I copy the column it created it and it only copies the formula.  Any help would be appreciated.

If you have Office 2019 or Microsoft 365 you can also use

    =TEXTJOIN(" ",TRUE,B2:E2)

Copy the column with the full names.

Go to the sheet where you want to paste.

Click the lower half of the Paste button and select Values.
