I guess you forgot to wrap by SUMIF

      Perhaps, the formula in H2 of the attached file returns your expected result, as shown in the snapshot below: 

      Note that I modified the units of measure for LEMON and RED CAP, to facilitate testing of the formula.

      I apologize. My formula was based on a table with only two columns. Please use the following formula instead:

       

      =SUMIF(OFFSET($A$1,0,0,COUNTA(A:A),1),$A1,OFFSET($C$1,0,0,COUNTA(C:C)))
