column header pop up instruction how to change
Column H the title is Per Diem. How do I change the text in the yellow box?
I am just learning to make a spreadsheet any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It is the so-called input message of a data validation rule.
Select the cell
On the Data tab of the ribbon, in the Data Tools group, click Data Validation.
Activate the Input Message tab of the resulting dialog.
Edit the message, then click OK.
