Column chart not showing first two data points

Hi everyone, I'm at my wit's end with this very simple graph. I'm trying to create a chart showing maximum temperatures for each day between two dates. 

The data appears to show as part of the range in the graph, and yet the first two data points don't show up on the graph itself. The X-axis range is in date format and includes the date that the temperatures should show up at. I've included the series formula in the screenshots, as well as the X-axis settings. 

Incidentally when I change the X-axis to a text format, it does include the first two, but misses off the last two data points.

I'm really hoping there's just a simple solution to this issue that I've overlooked. Thank you in advance for any help you can give!
