Colour to tick

Hi i am trying to do the following but I cant find a formula to match, Please Please help

Cell G37 is Blue

If I turn Any Cell in Range G21-G31 Blue

I want Cell G37 to have a Tick Appear

 Cells G21-G31 Already have conditional formatting for the cells above it G5-G15 i need these to stay in place
