can you help me set formula to color the cell red e and f if blank. for example: a b c d e ...
All you need to do is select the cells in question and then use Conditional Formatting dialog box to find this;

- I'm not aware that this is even possible. Isn't the red drawing enough attention?
- red drawing is not enough to call attention, because i used color for some cell already. this time, i need blinking for cell requires input or blank cell so that person must enter value on it.

My response to that is multi-fold:
(1) you may be using color too much for an input sheet, if you have other cells colored in various ways for anything other than functionality--i.e., if you're doing it because it looks "cool"--then you should de-color those
(2) if the red is not distinctive, pick another color
(3) train the user
(4) re-design the sheet for input
