Close, resize and minimize buttons not visible, but functional. Excel 2019
I've tried all recommendations to make the buttons visible including doing a reinstall. Still having the problem. The rest of the top bar is visible. Any ideas?
Try the following:
- Quit Excel completely if it is currently active.
- Hold down the Ctrl key while you start Excel.
- Click Yes when asked whether you want to start Excel in Safe Mode.
Does the problem still occur?
I have just purchased a Dynabook laptop with Office 2021 and this happens in my Excel. I tried your suggestion starting in SafeMode and it did NOT change anything.
