Circular Reference : Hi there Team iv copied and pasted info and used the circular reference, and now i need to secure the worksheet independent of the source, yet retain all info

Select the relevant range on the sheet with the formulas.
Copy it.
While the same range is still selected:
Click the lower half of the Paste button on the Home tab of the ribbon.
Select Values from the drop-down menu.

I assumed that you want to "fix" a worksheet so that the values do not change anymore.
Is that correct?
If not, please explain what you want instead.
- ayoobamla1936Oct 16, 2024Copper Contributoryes that is correct, i spent the entire morning editing each entry so that the worksheet stays independent , my previous mistake is i deleted previous file which were the souce,and by doing so all my work was in a mess with bits and pieces being deleted from all over. , i didnt understand when i read your message the first time as i didnt realise the paste options of the value icon and its purpose, glad you were around to help me. ill know next time to ask , once again a BIG THANK YOU
