Chart Data extract into Table

I have created the  function =SERIES(;;'Stat_Births_ESTAT (2)'!$AC$12:$AH$12;1) for multiple countries birth data and i have them on charts. However i need the y = -1326,2x + 67593 type of results from each country to get them in a table. How can I get this?
