charcoal/dark background in Excel 2011/Office 365

Question

I do not like the "new" dark background color scheme (grays and charcoal). How can I switch it back to the green ledger background colors?

If you are on Windows:

Select File &gt; Options
Under 'Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office', select Colorful from the 'Office Theme' drop down.
Click OK.

If you are on Mac:

Click the Excel menu and select Preferences.
Select General.
Under Personalize, select Colorful from the Office Theme drop down.
