Changing measurement in Excel

This is going to sound incredibly stupid, but how do I change from everything showing measurements in cm to inches?

I was able to change it in Word, but the change doesn't carry over into Excel, and I find it very annoying.

    Letatoo 

    Select File > Options > Advanced.

    Scroll down to the Display section.

    Select Inches from the Ruler units dropdown.

    Click OK.

      Sorry, Hans. Disregard my previous response. I must not have done it correctly, but it seems to be working now. Thank you for taking the time to respond.

      Thank you, Hans. I've done that, but the change only seems to happen in Word and doesn't carry over to Excel. Any other suggestions?
