Change time from 12 AM to 16 PM without disturbing the minutes and seconds

Or in place:

Enter 16:00:00 in a cell.

Select that cell and copy it.

Select the range with times.

Either right-click the selection and select Paste Special..., or click the lower half of the Paste button on the Home tab of the ribbon and select Paste Special...

Select Add, then click OK.

You can now clear the cell with 16:00:00.
