Change Series Fill Colour for 100% Stacked Column Chart

select the seris, right click and select format data series. On Excel 2013 and later there will be a new window opened on the right of the screen select the first icon on the top.From there fill-->solid fill and select the color. However in your graph the series is wider and need to increase the gap.
