Change File Name
How do you change the name of an existing file?
if it is open and the new format and saved online (OneDrive or SharePoint) then you can click on the name at the top and get drop down and change the name right there. If not, it is easiest to do it through the operating system (i.e. close the file if open) and then go to the file location and rename the file there.
