Change excel calender start day.

I'm sorry I don't understand how to use this. I check the link it's a bit confusing. Can you please explain in the comment how to change the starting days of the shift work calendar template from Sunday to Monday?

- Thanks, that was exactly what I wanted to do. Can you please tell me how you got it to become like that?
I changed the definition of the defined names for each of the months, you can inspect them in Formulas > Name Manager. I was too lazy to rename those, so the names still refer to Sun instead of Mon.
And I used the Replace dialog to change the weekday abbreviations in the first row of each month.
