Change blank cell colour based on date in other cell

Question

Hi, I'd appreciate any help with 3 conditional formatting issues I'm trying to work out please

If the date in cell H has passed and there's a date (any date) in cell I then turn it green

If the date in cell H has passed and the cell in column I is blank, change the blank cell red

If the date in cell H is within the next week, change the blank cell and the date cell to orange

I know I'm asking a lot but I've googled so much and I can't find the solution

edit: the data is pulled from a table on another sheet so the blank cells all contain "=Table1[@[Evidence Received Date]]" in them I've just set these to show as blank

Hi, thanks for the help, it does work based on the info I provided but I forgot that the data is pulled from a table on another sheet so all those blank cells actually contain "=Table1[@[Evidence Received Date]]" so they're technically not blank, because the source is empty it returns 00/01/1900 I just change the options so that anything with a 0 would return as blank
